2. View Details
Check room photos, amenities, house rules, and read about the boarding house. See exactly what you're getting before you commit.
3. Reserve & Pay
Reserve your room with a secure online payment via GCash, Maya, or card. You have 1 hour to complete payment.
4. Move In
Once confirmed, coordinate with your boarding house owner and move in. Manage your lease, payments, and utilities from your dashboard.

For Property Owners

Boarding house owners can list their properties, manage rooms and tenants, process payments, and handle utilities all from one dashboard.

  1. Register as a Boarding House Owner and complete onboarding
  2. List your property with photos, amenities, rules, and pricing
  3. Manage reservations — approve or decline tenant applications
  4. Collect payments securely through the platform
  5. Track everything — utilities, announcements, lease agreements
