What hosts and tenants pay on myBoardHub. All prices are in Philippine pesos, and every payment is processed securely by our payment partner, Xendit.
For hosts
A monthly or yearly plan to list rooms, take reservations and collect rent online.

- 1 boarding house included, then ₱250 per extra property per month (up to 10)
- Unlimited room listings

For tenants
Creating an account and browsing rooms is free. You only pay when you reserve a room or pay rent, and every fee is shown before you pay.
Reservation fee: set by each host, between ₱500 and ₱5,000. It is held for the host until you sign your lease, and refunded under our Refund Policy if the reservation does not go ahead.
Platform service fee: added on top of the reservation fee. GCash, Maya or bank: 5% of the reservation fee, minimum ₱60. Card: 8%, minimum ₱80. The service fee is not refundable.

Some methods are unavailable for small amounts because of their fixed processing costs. Seasonal promotions may lower these fees.
